Hi, I’m Becky – HR systems nerd and creator of OrganizedHRPro.
I’m Becky, the creator behind OrganizedHRPro. After more than 15 years in payroll and HR, I learned firsthand what it feels like to be the person who manages everything in a small business. The onboarding questions, the payroll deadlines, the compliance surprises, the employee concerns, the “quick asks” that turn into full projects- I’ve lived all of it.
Over the years, I discovered that the only way to stay sane (and actually enjoy the work) was to build clear, organized systems. Templates, workflows, checklists, repeatable processes… these became my lifeline. They reduced stress, saved time, and made HR feel manageable again.
I created OrganizedHRPro to share those tools with others who are carrying the same load. My goal is simple: help HR and payroll professionals feel supported, confident, and equipped with resources that make their work lighter and more structured.
